This home owner build their new deck, unfortunately when they were digging out the foundations for the stumps they dug right through the underground drainage sewer pipe.

The repair was extensive as the pipe had to be rerouted around the drainage pipe.

There are things that can be done to reduce the chance of embers from a bush fire igniting your evaporative air conditioning system.

This water leak occurred because the brass fitting split. It had been in service for over 20 years. Luckily for the customer it was outside. At Woolley’s Plumbing we can help with any water leaks 365 days a year.

A small crack in a drain can allow masses of tree roots to grow inside a drain. A crack 2mm wide allowed these roots to grow in and clog up the sewer drain.

Sometimes children find things, a mysterious pipe to investigate, in the back yard. What better to do than stick things in it. Unfortunately for the parent eventually the sewer blocked up, the cause unknown. Upon investigation we found several lost items stuck in the drain and causing a blockage.

Previously this copper water pipe had attempted to be repaired by other plumbers.

Unfortunately this did not repair the problem with the copper pipe.

We choose to replace the section that had been damaged.

We recently upgraded 5 Revent 724 Ovens, and one other single rack imported oven with constant fan combustion forced draft burners.  Bentone STG146 GAS BURNER 146 KW Continuous run operation LME Flame supervision controller with DUNGS Multi bloc and the CPI switch.

The advantages of this burner and control system:

1. On each restart the purge time is has already taken place. So effectively the burner comes on quicker, within 13 seconds of a call for heat. Especially good for long purge times.
2. It is a single stage burner that has fixed air control so doesn’t require tedious setting of low an high fire.No need for combustion air adjustment.
3. The burner can quickly come on and off to maintain the the set point. In particular,  we were getting -4+3degC temperature differential from set point, and in one case -2+2degC
4. No temperature increase on low fire. Often setting low fire turn down, not low enough caused the temperature to creep above set point, or not be maintained. Causing either the burner to shut down and require a total repurge or causing over temperature lockout.
